In the morning, after breakfast, you can stroll around Caltagirone, we would be happy to recommend some of its most characteristic beauties, such as the famous staircase of 142 steps, the historic potters’ workshops where you can admire the famous ceramic tradition.In the afternoon, at Casa Nepitella we will share real moments of joy and lightheartedness, chatting, preparing together, under the guidance of Pinella and Lina, typical Sicilian dishes. You can cook with us, observe us step by step and take notes; the important thing is to be together!
The menu you have created will be served together with a tasting of typical products at ZERO KM on the elegant terrace in front of a suggestive sunset over the expanses of the Sicilian countryside.

Free morning to visit Caltagirone.

4:00 pm meeting at the “Nepitella” house for the cooking course: Sicilian red arancini (the course lasting about 60 minutes – history, preparation and making of the arancini)

Aperitif at sunset with tasting menu:

The package does not include: transfers

*The itineraries and the tasting menu may vary according to the seasons, climatic conditions or availability.
*Optional – upon request it is possible – depending on the season – to add a guided tour of the mill, millstone or at a winery (tasting included) to the itinerary.
*Optional addition to itinerary it is possible to add a visit to the local market and collection in the Nepitella garden for the cooking class.
