A journey through the Sicilian folk song and, more generally, the South of the world.
Among the various themes addressed through music are the revolt against oppression and abuse, the condition of women, the exploitation of the less well-off classes and the resulting social hardships.
A social excursus that reveals a South not dominated, as is too often imagined, but pervaded by a great and poetic yearning for freedom.

The show will be accompanied by a glass of wine and a tasting.
